Adams & Martin Group has partnered with a leading sports manufacturer in Carlsbad, California, in the search for an experienced Corporate Paralegal / Contracts Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior legal professional to join a collaborative, tight-knit in-house legal department and provide critical support across contract administration, corporate governance, and legal operations.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of paralegal experience, including strong in-house legal department experience, a solid foundation in contracts and corporate governance, exceptional organizational skills, and a proactive, team-oriented approach.

Corporate Paralegal Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary administrator for the company's contract management software system, managing contract intake, workflows, templates, records, and internal user support.
  • Support contract-related matters, including preparing NDAs from approved templates, coordinating amendments or agreement updates, and helping route documents between internal stakeholders, vendors, and outside counsel.
  • Assist with corporate governance matters for the company and its subsidiaries, including maintaining corporate records and coordinating governance documentation as needed.
  • Coordinate corporate filings, annual reports, registered agent matters, and related compliance items in partnership with the company's agency service provider and outside counsel.
  • Partner closely with the Director of Legal Affairs, commercial attorneys, outside counsel, vendors, and internal business teams to ensure legal requests are organized, tracked, and completed efficiently.
  • Bring strong in-house legal support experience, organization, attention to detail, initiative, and clear communication to a small, collaborative legal team environment.
